MAE Represents Jonathan Louis in its Acquisition of Style Line from Elements International

Mann, Armistead & Epperson, Ltd. is pleased to announce that it represented Jonathan Louis International, a fashion forward and industry leading national upholstery manufacturer based in California, in its acquisition of certain operating assets of Style Line, an upholstered furniture manufacturing subsidiary of Elements International Group, LLC.
The transaction includes the sale of Style Line’s assets and operations, including the manufacturing facility and real estate in Verona, Mississippi, and the transfer of operational responsibility from Elements International to Jonathan Louis. The acquisition expands Jonathan Louis’ U.S. manufacturing footprint, enhancing geographic reach, improving distribution efficiency, and adding domestic production capacity as market dynamics continue to evolve.
