The research side of our firm publishes industry research which focuses on consumer products oriented companies. We also publish supporting research which focuses on the demographic trends of the changing population and resulting economic shifts. The corporate finance side of our business executes transactions in the consumer products sector as well as other sectors in light and heavy industry. Although diverse in professional services offered to our clients, the majority of our revenue base is generated by assisting corporations through merger and acquisition transactions.

Our firm specializes in merger and acquisition mandates. We generate this business through long-term relationships and in many cases by serving corporations in an advisory role prior to the transactions. The services we provide prior to a merger and acquisition transaction may include re-engineering balance sheets, restructuring bank facilities, valuations, general advice and/or participating at the board of directors level with certain of our clients.

When it comes to an exclusive sale mandate, our firm has excellent experience, relationships and contacts with a very large universe of potential financial, strategic and international acquirors.
