- From the North
- Take I-95 South which joins with I-64 East
and splits again before you reach downtown Richmond. Stay on I-95
South to downtown and exit at the Franklin Street Exit. Take a
right at the bottom of the exit ramp. Go through one light and
take a left onto 13th Street. Stay on 13th through one light and
one stop sign. Follow the road under the archway (keep to the
left of the fountain) and over the bridge. Mann, Armistead &
Epperson’s building will be on your left and parking is
in front. There is a sign next to the door of the building.
- From the South
- Take I-95 North to the Downtown Expressway
(I-195), which is a right exit just before you reach downtown.
Take the first exit off the Downtown Expressway for Canal and
10th Streets. You will encounter a 20-cent toll. After going through
the tollbooth, turn right at the first light onto 10th Street.
Take your next right at the light onto Cary Street. Follow Cary
through 1 light and thake your next right onto Shockoe Slip/13th
Street. Follow the road under the archway (keep to the left of
the fountain) and over the bridge. Mann, Armistead & Epperson’s
building will be on your left and parking is in front. There is
a sign next to the door of the building.
- From the East (Airport)
- Take I-64 West to the 5th Street Downtown/Coliseum
exit (exit 190). Stay straight on 5th Street to Cary Street. Turn
left onto Cary, and then turn right onto Shockoe Slip/13th Street.
Follow the road under the archway (keep to the left of the fountain)
and over the bridge. Mann, Armistead & Epperson’s building
will be on your left and parking is in front. There is a sign
next to the door of the building.
- From the West
- Take I-64 East to I-95 South. Stay on I-95
