Our clients generally range in enterprise value from $10.0 million to $250.0 million, but we have been engaged by companies with values in excess of $1.0 billion. We advise corporations in a wide variety of industries that include many sectors of light and heavy industry. In addition, our client base is geographically diverse. As corporations and economies continue to expand and diversify globally, so has our client and transaction base. While completing transactions in almost all of the contiguous United States, we have also advised corporations and completed transactions with clients located in Canada, Central and South America, Asia and Europe.
