• Wellmark, Inc., a large-scale, post-industrial, plastic-waste recycler, was acquired by Technimark, Inc., an injection molder of plastics. Mann, Armistead & Epperson, Ltd. advised Wellmark, Inc.



• Copperweld Bimetallics, LLC, the leading U.S. manufacturer of bimetallic wire was acquired by Fushi International, Inc., (Nasdaq FSIN), the leading Chinese manufacturer of bimetallic wire for US$22.5 million. Mann, Armistead & Epperson, Ltd. advised Copperweld Bimetallics, LLC.



• Technimark, Inc. was acquired by the senior management team of Technimark and a private equity sponsor. Mann, Armistead & Epperson, Ltd. advised Technimark, Inc. in this transaction.



• Certain assets of Gallahans Home Furnishings, a Fredericksburg, VA home furnishings retailer, were acquired by Severegn Furniture Management. Mann, Armistead & Epperson, Ltd. advised Gallahans in this transaction.
